We will conscientiously fulfill the responsibilities and obligations of the strategic cooperation agreement ,in terms of policies, programs, and funding ,we will further increase the support for theChina Grain Reserves Corporation, create a good environment to the reform and development . Meanwhile, we hope the China Grain Reserves Corporation always give more attention to Henan’s economic and social development and give more tilt on capital projects.

Under the agreement, both sides based in the China Grain Reserves Corporation system branches (ie, Henan Branch), by supporting relevant projects, integrate their resources to form the overall effort to promote Henan agricultural production, acquisition, sale, storage, processing and modern business service system in rural areas to develop in depth. Starting in 2011, the China Grain Reserves head Corporation will enhance the funding of projects of grain and oil storage and logistics of henan province, grain and oil processing and the “three rural service agency” network construction project, the Henan provincial government will give privilege policy and support in project approval, land use and other aspects .
